Opiates: First time methadone

Swim just found a 10 mg methadone pill and was wondering if its safe to take the whole thing. Swim is 6'6" tall and weighs 275 lbs. They have taken opiates in the past. Most recently 160 mg of a fentanyl analogue over 2 days and 40 mg oxycodone 2 nights in a row. Thanks for any help

Taking in the morning, with mild stimulants, coffee & smokes.....ok.

Taking at nighttime before bed, mixed with alcohol or benzodiazepines.....NOT ok.
