I'm guessing you've checked this already but isn't there a NHS drug and alcohol centre near you? If you go and tell them you aren't able to control how much you use if you have a bunch, they might let you pick up a days worth daily

Shit, if you're lucky, some parts of the country will actually pin you with diamorphine if you haven't responded well to methadone

If you find yourself relapsing and clearly not ready to be completely sober or at least with a line never crossed..I agree maintenance after 30 years is a good thing especially if it's just low dose suboxone..but there is always methadone. Just be sure to keep it low, in case ya know?

Cannabis only feels really nice to me these days if I'm already feeling nice, mostly on an opioid or perhaps something else that is properly relaxing. Doesn't it make withdrawal anxiety worse?

It stops the leg cramps, I can get 2-3 hours sleep each night if I've smoked heavy during the day & it helps with the Mental Anxiety.

Best thing ever for Opiate withdrawl is MXE.

Agree the right dissociatives are amazing for opioid withdrawal. I've had much succes with Deschloroketamine, DMXE and 3-HO-PCP. Sadly I've used them way too often now (while not in withdrawal) so they barely work anymore...

I had the same issue with 4-Meo-pcp, I hit it so much it got to a point it hardly did anything to me, I Loved that RC so much.

I found DXM to be Horrific, I got burning skin that was so itchy & NOT in a good Heroin kind of itch, it was more an allergic reaction. I found the actual Trip to be so hard too, I've said before about my experience with Jeremy Clarkson when he drives the Ariel Atom & I saw his face being blown by the Wind & decided He was some kind of "God / Deity" that needed to be Praised or I would be swallowed by his HUGE Mouth, it was a very bad Trip

Deschloroketamine, commonly just referred to as DCK, is an analogue of ketamine. For me, it was an amazing drug for a while. It's much stronger than ketamine so be careful with dosing lest one ruines their tolerance. It was much more enjoyable to me to use while listinening to music or watching a TV show/movie than ketamine itself.

DMXE is not DXM, DXM I've only used a few times in my youth, way before I got into Opioids or developed any serious addiction issues. DXM gave me very strong histamine response too, it had pleasureable parts but indeed felt more like an allergic reaction which kept me from using it more often.
DMXE is a more serotonergic dissociative, I believe not much is known how it exactly works. It feels very euphoric for a dissociative, tolerance rises quickly to these euphoric effects especially ime.

About the PCP analogues, indeed I have also tried 3-MeO-PCP. I found 3-meo-pcp to be much "colder" and not at all as enjoyable as 3-HO-PCP. 3-HO-PCP can really get one into a warm, comfortable and dissociated yet energized state. Which isn't surprising because apparently it also works on mu-opioid receptors. 3-Meo-pcp also seems to be much more caustic, the white, bigger than sand but not sticky at all, batch I've had of 3-HO-PCP was amazing and didn't seem to irritate my nose all too much. Although perhaps I'm just remembering it too fondly because the effects it gave were just godly. It made me understand why people call PCP, which I've never tried, Angel Dust.

To me 3-HO-PCP is Angel Dust. Yet, I've ordered it again from the same supplier and these days they send some brown brickish kind of substance. Claiming it's 99% pure. It has similar effects but something is off about it, I don't like it.

Oh well, going full manic isn't all that great for the people around you anyway so perhaps it's for the better I don't touch that 3-HO-PCP stuff anymore.

My mate is on 60mg of Methadone for several years, he pissed dirty for Heroin & his worker told the doctor, his now classed as "At RIsk" of an Overdose becuase his mixing Methadone with Heroin, his got a 15-17 year Heroin habit under his belt, a risk of overdose?????? Are you mad???? I've been with him when his smoked 2 grams of Heroin in a 24 hour block & kept his head up

Your mates key worker at the local drug clinic informed his Dr for pissing dirty?

Is he on benzos? that's the only reason I could imagine otherwise that's out of order.

No his not on Benzo's, the gear is being cut with it somewhere along the supply chain.
