Anyone ever been decently into an opiate (OC80/day as and example for decently into) for just a couple months? How was your experience with withdrawals, including PAWS?
Thanks to whoever can reply and if you could list the roa you used that would also be useful

My experience with an equivilant amount of insufflated oxymorphone resulted in moderate to severe acute withdrawal but with significantly reduced PAWS when compared to using for a year or more.

Been at different points in my life:

~ on a 2 bundle (20 bag) a day habit of H
~ 100-200mg oxycodone habit (daily)
~ 32-96+mg hydromorphone habit (also daily)

H and hydro IV, oxy insuflated. all withdraws bad, could only do it with methadone or suboxone taper. PAWS wasnt bad with a proper taper. Dilaudid is HELL for a few days, way worse than any other opiate ive done 'short term'. IV is the worst in every case because of the instant gratification/high, and usually 100% ROA, tho opiates like oxycodone that have 90%+ bioavailabilities thru pretty much any method (oral, anal, snort, IV, maybe even smoked) are gonna be hard.

Getting off a years' long smack habit took 4 months with methadone, and NO SLIPS. Getting off a binge (binge in my case being a week to a few months) I can usually take subs for a week-two weeks and be ok.
