opiate withdrawl

i went on a 3 month binge of vicodin perks ms cottins etc and alcohol, i seem to have the alcohol under control but i feel like shit i have the shits ive been off everything for about 2 days and im really hurting...how long will it last???? i was doing about 5-10 painkillers and 1-2 ms cottins a day and maybe 6-12 beers...any help would be great

I don't know dude i was big into perks and vikes and my withdrawal symptoms sucked! all i can say it to just tough it and wait it tou it took me about week and 1/2

it really depends on how much you were dosing.. This kid I met yesterday withdrew from H for only 2 days... while I lasted 3 days, and blew 20 bucks on a measly 100mg MsContin... withdrawal sucks ass... that's why i'm trying to ween.. which is hard in it's self, cuz opiates are so seductive.
with a 'roughly 100mg/day "habit" of OC for 3 months, it took me about 6 days of cold turkey to feel alright. It's gonna be a bit rougher for me this time around. It's kinda funny how I had no idea i was dependent. I thought I was just catching a cold...

Ok two things.
1. Drinking on perks or vikes is the evuivilent and running a lawn mover over your liver. Drink on opoids without apap. <although I'm not one to take, I've taken 8 grams of apap in perks more than once> I guess it's not how long you live but how you live.
2.I've been through opoid withdrawl a few times, yeah it sucks. If you are addicted you shouldn't be that addictive. Benzo's, Benydryl, kava kava, and meletonin should help. You will probably be just a little sick, but you could get off easy. Watch it with the benzos though, addiction wise, there wourse than perks or any opoid. Withdrawl from them is hell.

Dun worry.. your "habbit" isn't enough to make you so sick you are actually considering killing yourself, but it's not going to be fun.. the best thing to do is just tough it out - by now the physical symptoms should be just about wrapped up, so now you just have to either fight the addiction or else you need to just buy more - thats the good thing about a pain killer adiction - you can maintain yourself for a reasonable amount of money ..
Benzos can help if you got them - if you're really "comming clean" you could even go to your doctor and see if he can help you... otherwise, just grab some Tylenol PM and enjoy your ride!
