Earlier today I posted a question about help with withdrawal symptoms from heroin and oxycodone. I have been researching it online to help me do this. I came across a couple of pages that say there are supplements to ease withdrawal symptoms like elimidrol? Has anyone tried these or know someone who has? Did they work or help at all???

Poor baby. You're going to be okay, I promise. Skullcap, valerian, and star.of Bethlehem rescue remedy tinctures help. Ibuprofen. Xanax. Get a massage. Drink water. Deep breaths. This too, shall pass . You're stronger than you think.

I highly am against taking xanax to replace the addiction, he'll be in for a whole new w/d... very poor advice. What's up with ibuprofen and opiates? Do you realize they are not synergenic in any shape or form? Haha, really a pointless thing to take, unless you want kidney problems by taking it everyday.

You need cannabis and family support. Ignore the one calling you a baby as that's just their need to reassure their own work at stopping opiates. Withdrawals suck and you definitely are going through lots. As she said you are stronger than you think.

Make sure to use multi vitamins and eat healthy. It really goes a long way

First, I think a benzo is just fine to take SHORT TERM (as in the acute phase of opioid withdrawal) in order to get some much needed rest and relief from the terrible anxiety acute WD can cause, but do agree no one should take a benzo long term to deal with opioid WD after the first few days/week tops, to avoid developing a benzo habit.

Second...ever been through opioid WD? Every bone, muscle, and hair follicle hurts.....that's what the Ibuprofen is for. Not that complicated brother.
