Opiate W/D Help

I have been taking random opiates for 3 years now and have made quite a habit out of it. I go through withdrawl quite often and I am very familar with all the stages and how it works even to the point where I can go to work and even though it sucks I can time it just right so the w/d doesn't hit hardest until after I'm off for the day. It starts off bad; the runs for awhile, it usually wakes me up in the middle of the night and I take Imodium to deal with that, then the muscle aches and feeling of overall laziness and the feeling that every part of your body does not want to work and every single task put in front of you is an extreme challenge. After that I feel depressed for awhile and it all remains until it kinda fades off a bit but the body aches and laziness remain for a few weeks. My recent remedy for this is to take the following:

3 Imodium
3 Ibuprofen
Promethazine(I was lucky enough to have some left over from oral surgery awhile back)
Kratom
300 mg Gabapentin every 7 to 8 hours
.5 mg Konopin where nerve pain flares up or I have overwhelming anxiety or depression come up
Red bull (doesn't do much but helps keep me more alert)

Anyway this is my remedy for w/d, others have one they would like to share?
