Opiate Tolerance - How long does it take to eliminate?

Last week I went on an opiate binge starting with hydrocodone (Vics) early in the week, then oxycodone (percs, and then morphine. My tolerance got so high I needed to rail 100mg of MSIR (Morhpine Sulfate Instant Release)to get a decent high that I was satisfied with. Now, about a week and a day later I railed 40mg Oxycontin and managed to get a nice buzz, but it isn't as strong as I remember 40mg of Oxy being. How long does it take for tolerance to diminish if I was only using for 5 days consecutively? Here is my daily dose breakdown for that week.
Day 1 - 45mg Hydrocodone
Day 2 - 30mg Oxycodone
Day 3 - 30mg Oxy
Day 4 - 100mg Morphine Instant Release
Day 5 - 100mg Morphine
thx...

What do you do? Simple, stop using for awhile...
Aside from that, you can take DXM and Ketamine to increase the effects ofthe opiates...

PhreeX, I have done this. But the wait is over because I finally got some OCs. Typically how long, in days, does it take to eliminate tolerance?

Depends... for some, no more then a few days, for others it can be longer... personally (and I am speaking for ONLY MYSELF) - if I am at about 240mg Oxycodone per-day, and I maintain this for, say, 2 weeks, then go sober, I can get off on 20mg after only 3-5 days of being sober - not chipping, but BEING SOBER ... yeah, it sucks to kick after you have been dosing large, but the pay off is worth it!
