opiate potentiation: grapefruit juice?

My apologies if this kind of topic isn't allowed? -( pls remove if so) or a talked to death topic, which has some how escaped me?

I've only just heard the rumour that grapefruit juice is a useful potentiator for opiates? the operative word being 'rumour' because I can't find anything convincing on the net about it (I must admit - I haven't looked extensively because it's midnight where I am and I'm buggered and want to go to bed ) ...

so I thought I'd put it to you lot and see who can vouch for this or who has an explanation for what at the moment I consider to be a rumour/urban myth.

Any other potentiators for opiates - I would be interested in knowing also ( if allowed)

It does work. Look for the "mega thread" for potentiators and you will find a lot of info. Think it is in this forum, or in Other Drugs. One of the two, or just use the search function for potentiators.
