Hey guys, as some of you know I am an opiate user/addict for over 5 years, and a drug abuser for almost 10 years. I have been recently thinking about some sort of relaxing combo to replace my opiate use...I was thinking about MMT (methadone), but have now decided to withdraw and ditch the opiates altogether. My physical WD is over, but I am now officially in PAWS. I have also decided to not use any illegal drugs as replacement for my habit.
I need to come up with some sort of legal combo/ herbal tea, that I can take once or twice a week to fill that empty void. No more than that. This is what I have come up with from all my research;
Very hard cardio/weights session with a nice strong coffee. Then use about 2 - 4 grams of Phenibut once finished. Then after about an hour or so, follow up with a tea that contains these herbs: valerian root, mulungu, damiana, skull cap, Aswaganda, passion flower, catnip, hops and chamomile. Have a shower and then sit on my couch
What do you guys think? Will this be an effective combo for relaxation? Is it safe? The only herb I am a little scared of causing damage is Mulungu...anyone know if it is dangerous? Is there anything else I should add or anything that I should take out/replace?
I will not be using Kava Kava, as I am really scared of the possibility of severe liver damage. I know it is only in the bark/stem, but I still just don't trust it, nor do I think it is worth the risk. I may also add in a light dose of DXM with it on occasion for SSRI release. Kratom is illegal, so that is also a no no.
