Opioids opiate/drug use and Low Sex Drive..UGGHH

i dunno whats going on but in the past i was addicted to opiates, from nubain to oxy and then heroin and finally methadone..for a span total of 7-8 years id guess..ive also used Ghb here and there, phenibut, and amphetamines(ephedrine and adderall) occasionally..ive been clean from the opiates for 4-5 years and everything else but i occasionally take phenibut..the problem is, my sex drive is in the gutter..im 33 years old and i workout every day, my diet is fine so whats the deal??ive read many stories of former opiate addicts that when they quit using, their sex drive skyrocketed but mine never did..could it be low test levels??

any former opiates addicts gone thru this??its quite frustrating..

You should ask your doctor to monitor your Testosterone levels.

Go get your testosterone levels checked with your doctor.

What was your sex drive like while you were using OP? And before?

As has been said, seems like something you might want to talk to an MD about, but who knows...

Opioids seem to increase my sex drive dramatically, while it wasn't low before, but then it vanished for about a month or so after quitting and then comes back, slightly diminished, around that time.

Well yea your sex drive is going to be lower......they depress your whole system.
But when you can get it up you will fuck like a stallion, and probably wont be able to blow your load till she cums 3 times

Yep, Opiates kill your sex drive.

If you think that's bad, don't ever use DXM if you plan on having sex. It. Won't. Happen. Ever.
