Opiate drug interactions

Back when I started opiates a couple years it was the only thing I was taking so I never saw the point in researching drug interactions, but now as I'm starting up again I have some concerns about a prescription I have.

So, anyone have any experience with taking opiates in addition to meds that lower blood pressure or increase potassium levels?
