Opiate culture shock (just moved down south)

Well i am from Michigan, and have always had opiates readily available... Regardless of what kind. I just moved down to columbus GA....right by the boreder of Alabama. And let me tell ya, nobody even KNOWS what im talkin about when i tell them what im lookin for! Is heroin and pills nonexistent down here!? Im hurtin bad! Shit i cant even find a suboxone dr....Ahhhhhhh

Heroin is avialable in Atlanta in mass, powder heroin from SA, and also I larger cities. Memphis,New Orleans,and Atlana are the main places with the good fire powder heroin. Some other citys in the south have more tar than anything, although heroin is more of a hush hush type of drug in the south for some reason. It is there in powder and tar to vaying degrees depending on location. And pills are really big in most of the south, especillay coming from florida pain clinics. You will have to meet people and ask about pills first,then maybe find a local who goes to Atlanta or somehwere to het heroin, if it's not already available there. Terms for heroin is the south are likely different than in Michigan, heroin is called "boy" boi , etc..Seems that in your area though coke and crystal meth are gonna be more popular than dope, but I know pain pills are popular in the south just like everywhere else, and maybe moreso in many places. you just have to get to know people there I guess..

Thanks... Yeah meth and coke are reallly all these people know about. i found some vics,but i had to pay 5 bucks a pop for 500 mgs. That was depressing. Im a stay at home mom n hubby is in the military, so it looks quite grim for me i guess! Thank you for the help

Pills are big in the Southeast for sure, you just have to know people, like most other places.

Any time you move to a new location especially if it is far away from the aria you are used to and not very close to a large metro aria, you are going to have trouble breaking into the scene.

Finding the substance you want, especially opiates will prove to be somewhat difficult regardless of availability. In smaller towns and rural arias the drug scene, particularly the opiate scene are usually very close knit and usually take time to break into.

The south (not too familiar with the part of the country you are talking about) defiantly has opiates, however the way heroin is sold and distributed varies so much from region to region that it is tough bring you formal knowledge and have it apply in your new location.

Just take your time and start to make friends and contacts in the drug community. Even if someone you meet does not use opiates they may eventually be able to introduce you to someone who does and you just work your way from there.

Keep your eyes open and try to make friends with anyone that you like and does drugs and eventually you will find what you are looking for. Just be very careful and don’t use people. Take you time and ease you way into the subject with your new found friends.

I moved from a large Metro location to a very small rural town/city and it took me a long time to even get close to being able to find any opiates. Lucky for me at the time I was mainly using Norcos and the ROP and NROP business was going strong so I was able to get as many Hydrocone and Xanax as I could afford.
