Opiate advice

You haven't crossed that line yet, but you are VERY CLOSE TO A RELAPSE.

Alls I can say is: get yourself to a meeting, or if you can afford it, an addiction counselor. Like, now. If theres a meeting tonight GO. If not go tomororw. More importantly though, when you get there SHARE HOW YOURE FEELING! Tell everyone you want to use! Dont hide it otherwise you will have no support or help in dealing with it. Tell EVERYONE and ANYONE who knows/cares about you you are that close. If the people at your meeting are worth half their weight in garbage they will help you!

TALK AT THE MEETING! You MUST share, otherwise its just a place to go meet addicts and listen to others. Listening does help, a lot, but you need to SHARE THESE FEELINGS NOW! Idc how afraid you are to talk at the meeting, you talk your fucking ass off, and by the end you will have a few people offering to help I can guarantee.

You need to share these feelings bro with someone face to face. I can only imagine how much its killing you holding in how badly you want to use. Its nothing to be ashamed of when around other addicts: they've all been there and then some.

I dont go to NA regularly anymore but this is honestly the best advice I feel you can get: GET OUTSIDE HELP! It doesn't matter from who/where, just do it, and NOW before that plan to use becomes a reality/

Its not easy man. Ive been in your position, several times. What really helped me was finding other hobbies. Mountain biking has defiantly been my escape. It helps having someone to talk to. This site is awesome for advice on harm reduction, but it defiantly makes me crave drugs more. Good luck man!

100 days?!? Actually you have more than that, which is Awesome, you need to just keep up the good work, stay away from those pills ya hear? Really, yes- many do relapse, but you don't have to be one of them! Maybe you haven't made a ton of healthy-living friends yet, but you will eventually.

Spend some of your boring down time(I know there can be an unbearably large amount of that), searching/applying for some jobs to keep you busy; you'd find some friends while working again. Also, maybe you could take a couple days to go visit your family again, enjoy their company while taking your mind off of the huggabaloo:)

Keep busy, busy, BUSY!!! Keep working at staying off the junk for good. It will all be worth it; you are worth it:)

This would be good for the Dark Side Forum. There is lots of support available there for people recovering from addictions. I posted a detailed thread there about a method for dealing with cravings which you might find helpful. http://www.bluelight.ru/vb/threads/...-to-quit-addictions-and-improve-mental-health

I am not really into the 12-step meetings myself, but there are other types of meetings, counseling/therapy, self-help books, alternative treatments/therapies. It's not like you have to choose AA/NA or nothing. A really good book on addiction is In The Realm of Hungry Ghosts by Gabor Mate.

The main thing is that you have to make major changes to your life and your mental state (mental health, thought patterns, etc). I would start by throwing out that dealer's number and doing something fun to take your mind off the cravings.
