don't know about these particular pills, but i can safely say that one can easily get high from suboxone if one is not opiate-dependent/detoxing.
not really the point of the thread, just wanted to throw that in there.
 
Are you talking about Opana ER or Opana IR?

I am getting Opana IR 10mg today and I'd really like to understand a safe way of IVing them. There is NO extended release tech. in the IR pills AT ALL; the ONLY ingredient that may or may not screw up the IV process is "Pregelatinized starch."

Ugh.
 
Yeah, i'd like to know if the microwave for 30 seconds works for these opana ER's too. shit, im just curious to try one as ive yet to even hear of them being around in my area.

Well, the poster, precise as he was (*cough*), neglected to inform us if he was talking about Opana ER or Opana IR.

I think it's bad news to IV Opana ER, no matter what state you can successfully get it into, as long as it still has SILICATES floating around in it, which are INFINITELY more dangerous than the old wax matrices (the Contin [TM] system used in OxyContin, MS Contin, Hydromorph-Contin [doesn't exist anymore], etc.) to inject into a vein.

^^ well i was thinking more for snorting, as I dont IV just yet. i was curious about the teva OC80s too (i.e. does microwaving them make em easier to snort) but I didnt wanna make *ANOTHER* oc thread or *another* opana thread.
 
^^ i have Dava 40mg oxycontin generics (purple G163) and i just put one in the microwave for 30 seconds then 20 seconds and it didn't help get rid of the gel chunks at all.

going to try using a hot pad and a glass beaker tomorrow (or later on today) and let it get light tan / carmelized like mobiusdick said because microwaving them doesn't crisp them at all IMO.

and when he talks about using a lightbuld does he mean like as if he were vaping some pot or something? and if so wouldn't that kinda cook/melt the pill? or does he mean put the pill on top of a lightbulb thats in a lamb and turn it on for a few mins to let it heat up and dry out the pill? either way seems like a bad idea, gonna try using a glass beaker on a hot pad. we'll see. i hope it works, i had taking shit orally, ugh.
