Opioids Opana vs. Heroin

What is a good equivalency ratio of opana to heroin. The reason I ask is that I can get quite a nice rush from a shot of 2.5-5.0 mg opana IR, while .05 grams of IV heroin ("half a bag") seems to barely touch me. I'm looking for that same "rush" that one gets from IVing opana. It just isn't their with the dope. Does heroin simply not produce this kind of rushing sensation the way Opana does? Thanks in advance,
