opana first time

A friend has tried basically every pain killer from t3's to dilaudid and oxys. Recently he was offered opanas, because there were no more oxycodones. Another friend said it was just like heroin. How close to accurate is that statement? My friend has had a very bad heroin habit, and even though people say oxys and shit is like heroin, when it comes down to it, its different. Popping 2 oxys and shooting 2 bags of dope is completely different. imo. Is opana closer to a heroin or oxycodone buzz?
