If you mean the OP OxyContins you can't. Only way to get high on them is to take a few (obv adjust the amount to your tolerance). No rush really but on the plus side a 12+ hour high!

You don’t. The filler will gunk up your veins. There might be some complicated chemical procedure to extract the good stuff but i Don’t think there is any simple way. I’d be curious if @sekio knew anything about this. I remember when they first came out and replaced OCs and everyone was trying to figure out how to hack them.

i knew a lot of people that would use special little tools to shave them down into powder and snort them. they claimed to have still gotten a high. i've never known anyone to figure out a good way of slamming em with cooking them in the oven so on and so forth. probably best to eat em or plug em or something. they will hold you off longer if you eat em or snort em too. that's always a bonus.
