Opioids Onset of Hydromorphine Through Insufflation

Today I consumed 600mg of Cimetidine, followed by 20mg Hydrocodone 45min later and copped a nice buzz. I took small bumps of d-amphetamine to "powerball".

Once the buzz left (2HRS), I insufflated 4 mg Hydromorphone within 5 minutes.
Not much of a buzz at all.

I noticed that doing small lines to increase surface area never seemed to work with HM for me, so I did 4-5 lines instead of many tiny bumps. Could the Cimetidine have negated CYP action and inhibited HM?

I have no significant tolerance to opiates. Though I do use every weekend. 15mg of oxy has me rocked. 30mg hydrocodone is always good.

Any idea why it didn't work? I'm aware that HC is metabolized to HM in the liver, but I don't see why insufflating HM would interfere. Insufflation high on other weekends is usually vivid.
I also potentiated with Tizanidine. 2mg

Hydromorphone is a waste any way but IV..

I have sniffed up to 24mg of it at once and gotten nothing from it. However.. put 4 or 8mg in a rig and it will put you on your ass.. If you don't IV then just stay away from Hydromorphone imo.. Oxymorphone on the other hand is great using that ROA.. and seems to be horrible through IV.. for me anyway.
 
I agree that snorting Dillys is a waste. A person is better off swallowing them if they dont IV.

I've felt good off of it, but since I haven't been able to find any roxicodone I've been getting dilaudid instead.
Not trusting my minds capability to ward off the affection of needles, so i'll just pass on the dilly from here on.

I realize you are new here, but we do not glorify IV use whatsoever.

Hydromorphone was the first thing I ever injected and I only did it once. I snorted the rest of my hydromorphone and actually preferred nasal administration to IV.
 
Dont glorify IV use???? Every other post here is about IV use and the comparison to other ROA's.
Dont see how the guy was glorifying it by stating whats probably said by a mod in a different post on this very forum. Its just truth, he never glorified it.
 
dude, you are already on alot of opiates. save your hydromorphone for another day

Theres a time and a place man, this ain't it. It's only okay to bring up the IV route of administration if the OP directly asks about it or is deadset on using it. You keep posting about how BL doesn't reduce harm, yet you're defending the cause of the problem left and right.

He did not tell him to inject it, he simply passed along what he has no doubt probably learned from this site, as its been a topic many times.
I dont defend anything, nor am I offending anybody.
I simply point out things that are hard to make sense of, such as how that could be considered "glorifying".
Its my understanding that recreational drug use is in fact harmful. There have been many many manyyy a times where someone has mentioned doing "insert dangerous amount of chemical here" of oxycodone. Several people say "EAT IT, ITS BEST ROA". Tolerance or not, noone on this forum can tell what the given individuals own certain body chemistry is. Thus, by saying "Eat It JUST EAT IT" certainly would be much more "glorifying". Yes, not IV use, however using harm reduction by its definition, any amount that is above medical guidelines is still very dangerous, so saying "EAT IT" would in my mind be counted as more "glorifying" dangerous drug use regardless of ROA, then what the above poster expressed, as he did not tell the individual TO IV IT, just simply stated (as learned on this HR site) that if he was not indeed a IV user the drug hydromorphone would most likely not satisfy the inpulse and craving he was searching for.

I wont even bring up the walking contradiction of RESEARCH CHEMICALS being allowed to not only converse about, but IV'ing them.
Again, just another example of if your gonna scold someone, do it all across the board because I dont think he glorified IV drug use in any sense of the term if you go by whats talked about on this forum.
Short Version: Seen several older posters "glorify" iv use, if simply stating that its not very good for recreational purposes without being an IV user counts as glorifying.
Playing favorites on an HR forum as important as this one seems petty and "clique like" to me.

But hey, just my opinion not bashing anyone and my thoughts could be viewed as wrong, just as i expressed what I thought was wrong.
