one drug for the rest of your life

psychedelics (preferrably shrooms)- clarity, amusement, acute perception and normal energy levels... i'd just be a freak, but hey i wouldn't know so thats okay :D
 
Though i'ts not my favorite, cocaine seems like the best choice. I'd be the best athlete ever, at everything. Exceed at work because id work 24/7, always early to work, always late to leave, never taking a break. Always have a ripped body, eat anything I want because odds are, I will sprint home, all 23 miles. Never be shy around the opppsite sex, hit on everything you see and like, hell, youre on coke, you dont give a fuck!
 
Only one......then it would have to be H. Thats pretty much what its been latley anyways, besides a little weed.
 
Defiantly ketamine, if there were no loss of magic/tolerance/so on and so forth. It's a vacation, therapy, and more then one could ever ask for in a bottle.

Nitrous.

Your phrasing effectively states that *we* must continue to use this drug as long as we are living - I have fond memories of breathing pure nitrous for 6-7 minutes, I think I should (have) been dead but that is just a technicality.

(edit : <not a real edit> oh fuck, every time I get the house to myself [saturday night] I order some nitrous and take ketamine. It's friday now and I cant get nitrous by saturday. My next opportunity could be 3/4+ months away and yet I fucked up! I'm fucking pissed off at my lack of foresight)

edit (real edit) : If I had to take a drug until it ultimately killed me - coke. No question. I once thought I'd OD'ed after a ~2 gram dose of oral coke and decided it would be the best suicide if there was an option.
