you could lower your dose, or perhaps only take it when necessary (weekends off).
But your best bet is to just EAT.
I've been in your exact position, and I've felt with it by forcing myself to eat something(anything relatively healthy) every 3 or 4 hours.
I usually go for an apple or something.
Im not saying only eat healthy food, but if you're only gonna eat one thing, make sure its healthy.
