Stimulants on a stimulant but not?!? wtf??

yes I have taken MDMA I have a previous post on it some were in Ecstasy thread I think, but it wasn't like MDMA like the body high ya know? It's weird cause even if I did have an MDMA flashback, I would assume it possibly pleasent just because if it just releases all the serotonin like usual when you eat molly, I really do not know, it really makes me think it was amps to cause like i woke up feeling slightly like shit but better, n I could swallow again easily I guess, honestly it was all VERY weird and still is VERY weird to think about what the fuck happened, I mean I have NO IDEA.

Edit: I have deppression but not any longer, at least what it used to be, and I have always considered bi polor, but my doctor always shrugged it off (If you have read my other post about anxiety my doctors a fuckin dick tho)

I'm considered bi polar as well and know a decent amount about the subject.
It could very well have been that you cycled rapidly between poles. There is a lot of different ways to classify one's bipolar disorder. You could have a form of bipolar where the depression phase is very very mild, and the manic phase is full on. Manic phases can be described as being on stimulants. My manic phases feel just like that but last months. Possibly you had a brief manic episode, who knows. Some people can cycle through poles as quickly as a day, but mine last months.

If it doesn't happen again, that makes it all the more mysterious. But you quite possibly could have experienced a brief phase of mania, you have nothing to worry about if this is true, but if it keeps happening you can get medicated, that is if it makes life harder. I choose not to be medicated, because the couple month long depression phase i experience is worth the ambitious and stimulating phase of mania

Ya, it could be mania. How do you distinguish chronic anxiety from cycling?

well anxiety is almost always negative in a sense, causing panic and difficulty breathing. I used to have anxiety problems and anxiety attacks in my early teens, then marijuana seems to have cured it. Looking back on anxiety attacks, i'd describe it as the worst feeling of terror/panic that i have ever felt.
cycling into a manic episode can deffinately be a possitive, and longed-for experience from someone with bipolar. The only negative things about mania i can think of, is the lack of sleep, low appetite, and the racing thoughts. Also, the impulsiveness. During prolonged manic episodes you will be prone to acting on impulse, with little thought to the consequence. I'd describe mania as naturally being on a stimulant, and with mania euphoria is a common side effect.

So that being said, anxiety issues are pretty much always unpleasant and uncomfortable, while mania has a lot of positive side effects. Oh, also, a person is prone to anxiety in a manic state, but it varies from person to person. experiencing anxiety and panic while amped up in a manic state i imagine would be very unpleasant

i do what i have to to get by. One of the most common side effects to mania is racing thoughts and trouble focusing. A common side effect to depression is trouble focusing as well. I tried the traditional bipolar meds in middle school, and furiously threw them at my parents because i hated the side effects. Tried them again in 10th grade on my own will, but just couldnt do it.
I get by fine with adderall, it helps me concentrate, and lifts my mood and gives me motivation through my depression phases, i do what i gotta to get by lol

also, to the OP.
I kicked MDMA about 10 days ago after slightly heavy use, and tonight i was working out and i had an mdma flashback.. ran to the mirror in the fitness room (which was very well lit, as bright as noon) and my pupils were wider than they ever would be in a pitch black room while sober. So i deffinately stand by that mdma causes flashbacks, and possibly other amps
