~old habits~

for some reason it doesnt seem strange anymore.
hanging out with you use to be so awkward,
past history and all.
bouts of jealousy on your end and mine.

so i ask myself...

"but if we fall into old habits
once again will we both hurt?"

take risks?
are you willing to lay it all out?
honesty and friendships you speak of.
everything comes right, and once again it starts.
things patched up,

the spiral unwinds...

we lie

so i ask myself...

i like to trip down memory lane.
its like a drug i cant live without,
oxygen for breatheing.
jealousy is quite decieving.

you say things are ok.
that the deamons we fought have been all but long gone.
yet when we go down memory lane
we fall into old habits...

the hurt re-surfaces.
we truely arent over it
and it leaves us questioning...

how long till the end of this game?

i ask myself...
