If you can't think of anything off the top of your head that you truly desire, it would be much more gratifying to save it until you think of something that really strikes your fancy. Impulse spending is fucking foolish. If something doesn't really grab you, why not keep the money, let it build, and chances are that the more you let it accumulate, the more exciting of an option you will have to spend it on in the longrun. Also, don't spend it on anyone else unless it's someone truly dear to you. Chances are they won't spend it on you, and they will start to expect things from you.
