OK, investing on a testing kit finally (questions)

So im not sure which is best, but i think im going with the Marquis testing kit (is that the best one to get for MDMA?) i supposodly have pure mdma, but the batches keep ranging in color/texture/physical amount everytime i buy some, so thats kind of sketching me out!.. and also, will this test be able to tell if its a research chemical or the actual thing? thanks again :)
 
Actually would the Mecke be a better choice? i feel as if the reaction between the DXM and MDMA is so similar with the marquis it may sketch me out a bit and make me wonder.. (i only have enough money for one)
 
^ DXM hasn't come up in test centers in ages.. no one really sells it as MDMA anymore. Pretty much non existent considering if someone takes a DXM pill with an MDMA pill they are very likely to collapse and die.


Marquis is the best for seeing multiple substances in the same sample from my experience, the mecke reacts so strongly to MDMA even a tiny bit added to a piperazine or meth pill will give a false positive. With the marquis, this is not the case (usually, every reaction varies). I would really recommend getting multiple kits though, or really the complete set. You can never be too safe and adding another test to the equation doubles your chances of detecting adulterants.
 
Thanks for the reply! but i ended up getting the mecke :/.. i have my mdma in powder form, and it feels like mdma (from what i've read) so im not too afraid of it being meth, but more so some of the common cheap RC's that my dealer could be ripping me off with, or methylone.. but is it safe to say its a good chance i have mdma if with the mecke it goes from green to blue?
 
^Typically decent molly turns straight midnight blue unless it's cut then you will see the green progression. I tested strong pills with the mecke which turned almost black almost instantly so decent powder should do the same since powder should be more pure than crushed pill with filler
