I searched the web a long time and couldn't find anything for this.

I was on about 5-6 roxi habit and had done maybe 4 of them at 10pm, woke up and did one at 9, then did a half at 10:30. Very stupidly I took part of a suboxone film at 4:00pm that afternoon and went into an awful awful experience with precip wd.

I fought through it long enough to feel better and get some sleep. Woke up at 7am and felt a bit worse, so I tore another film in half and took it - I got the sweats again and my heart was racing but then it calmed me down and I felt about the same as I did before taking the half - so still not great.

What's my Plan of Action for suboxone now? Can I take some more now that it's been ~20 hours since the fateful dose that screwed me? Idk what I should do and I don't want to use more but it's daunting to feel this badly and not have a plan in sight.

Thanks in advance for help

The link is what the French would call a mis-en-abyme - it just takes me back to this page.

Did you mean another post?

Time. I have been in this situation MANY times before, and all you can really do is let it run its course. Or if you have some clonidine take that, it will help. Other than that, just try and relax maybe try some calming tea....i get this stuff that has kava in it and 2bags in one cup makes me kinda sleepy and relaxed. not strong at all, very subtle but just enough to take the edge off.

At this point taking more bupe wont make much difference, its the bupe that is preciping the WD, slowly kicking out the oxycodone from your opiate receptors.

Ok, so it's been almost 24 hours - when will bupe help and when do I take the next dose and how much???

Thanks again

OP you should be OK by now.

The thread linked to does not provide specific time information on oxycodone abstinence resp. buprenorphine.

OK, I can understand how hard it must be to be in widthdrawal, and trying to lessen your dose of Subotex for the sake of your health and opioid addiction.

If you want a few tips on how to more easily reduce your bupe dosage without having strong abstinence crysis I suggest you combine it with some benzodiazepines like diazepam (valium) or clonazepam (Klonopin, Rivotril in europe).
If you do not have access to any of theese at the moment then have a few glasses of alcohol along with your reduced bupe dosage to ease the cravings and help in your sleep.
I sense a big motivation on your side to stop this addiction, I wish you all the best.

Bonne chance mec!
