Ok, so me and a ex were giving each other cam shows on Skype. I don't need to go into detail what we did and all that but to get to the point, I was jacking it for her, eventually I was ready to bust but I decided I'd try to "hold it in" to intensify the feeling and "outcome". Why on Earth would you have to tell them that you were doing cam shows, or even that this girl was involved? Just tell them that there is something wrong down there, and that you need to see a doctor to have it checked. Tell them it's pain or something if you're embarrassed. If they probe for details, just tell your Dad that you were jerking off by yourself and described what happened.
