i saw it last summer. and was amazed at the thought process that would go into putting a camera in an area like that. if im thinking of the right one they had every right to get pissed.

You can get some hard around there thats about it I wouldnt even say that area is bad compared to other parts of the city. Only one person got killed around there last year compared to other places where like 10 people got killed within a few blocks from each other. Baltimore is but so big if you can make it here you can make it anywhere else

p.s. folks n.j has finally caught up to the times and they now have needle exchanges in atlantic city,camden,jersey city ,and paterson on broadway at the well of hope paterson counseling center. hey nothing wrong with alittle harm reduction information is there?

Baltimore Dope Scene



I have lived in Baltimore my entire life, and I have been using heroin for about 6 years now, and I have been to NY, NJ, FL, and lived in Atlanta, and the dope scene here is so different than anywhere else. I mean we get it in pills, like capsules and its so different than the other places I have been. I thought that it was the same everywhere and its not. Theres 2 kinds here-scramble (which is what I just described and "raw" which has no bonita and quinine in it just plain dope in a glass vial. But I am a shooter and I love scramble, raw doesnt give me the rush that the other does. When I went to nj and copped for the first time it wasnt a difference between raw or scramble-just wax bags. And there was a street scene (open air) in nj more than what I thought it would be in ny. I went to NYC in July and I had to drive to Paterson,NJ to cop because I couldnt find anyone anywhere in NYC. (and I went to all 5 boroughs!)
Has anyone else experienced this?
 
it just all depends where the dope comes into and how the dealers wanna sell it, im from VA so we go up to the city DC and its in just regular baggies , never seen a stamped bag other then pictures , but overrall never heard people bitchin bout dope from bmore or dc, so im fine with it
 
I've heard the same about NYC. The open air market has pretty much died down, or at least became smaller and more hidden. There is still an open market, mostly in the Bronx, Brooklyn, and Spanish Harlem. At least that's what I've heard. (I never copped in NYC.)

A lot of dealers, especially the ones that supply the more affluent, typically white, customers just work by phone.

Hit up the needle exchange, or methadone clinic, and talk to the patrons there. They'll certainly help you out.
 
its still pretty easy to cop on the street in bmore, tho i dont trust it. you never know when the cops are gonna be going after that spot. the best way to do it is get a phone number and just meet the dude somewheres not hot.

ive never copped from any other cities besides wilmington DE and baltimore, but it seems like the scene would be similar to the other cities in the NE like NJ, NYC ect...

also, raw FTW, most scramble sucks and is cut with too much active shit that changes the high. ive had some great scramble before but its nowhere near as consistent as the raw dope.
