I was recently talking with a friend about H in Toronto and from what he told me a gram goes for like $200 but its high quality shit. Their are tons of oxys around and a 80mg pill goes for like $20
 
A gram here in Chicago (SS) goes for about 90 and a half for 60. It ranges from light grey to dark brown but always consistent quality. I havent heard of grams for sale on the WS but Id assume theyre kinda cut up. If Im looking for a bag or 2, Id make the WS trip and save the gas. $200 seems crazy. But to be honest Id prolly rather have a $20 80 OC than 2 bags, if they were available.

Also, I'm sure someone in Minnesota HAS has good H, with Detroit being relatively close. If you're posing that question looking for sources to get H, you've come to the wrong forums.
 
I assume you don't live in minneapolis? I went to Specialized Treatment Services there (methadone at ridiculous rates) and met lots of junkies.

Heroin from detroit wouldn't make it's way to MN. Christ, that'd take a ferry ride and another 7 hour drive (at least).
 
A lot of H in WV and Western Pennsylvania still comes from NJ, a six or seven hour drive.

Especially in areas with not much of a scene, anything is possible

Minneapolis has a much larger heroin scene than either of those places. Christ, they're not even comparable. I mean, they're not massive, but I never met anyone who wasn't there for heroin. I was an oddball. I think there are 7 or 8 methadone clinics in Minneapolis, and probably equal in St. Paul (or maybe that's the total number, I forget)

Every major city in the US will have heroin and junkies. You can probably substitute world for us and still be right.

MEMPHIS TEN A KEY

memphis dope almost always come in little like half inch by half inch packs, breaks out into no more than .1 and is usually $20 a pack with really no deals. $100/5. often whitebrownish in color to sometimes very white. 50-60% pure. worst deal

rocky oftenid say high 60s% pure whiteish colored with few weird speckles on the rocks sell for $300/gram, usualy $25 dollar decent size made from these. also no deals really, maybe 3 for 60

VERY rocky, dark brown very impure dope sells in quantities of 50 to 100 dollar bags but are extremely fat just not very good (below 40% im guessing). not really around any more

finally, the BEST quality dope, id say up to 80 percent pure (everyone whos tried it here says its the best they ever had) REAKS up a car as soon as even .2 g (hard blackishbrown rocks that break into very dark brown lines) enters the vehicle in a very smal like half inch ziplock baggie sells for $150/half grams. grams u get a deal.

edit: tar (high quality believe it or not) was available 2 years ago but has since disappeared.

edit: all of these connects are on 24/7...phone and meet. also easy, always cool, pretty safe.

ITS SO EXPENSIVE. but its good. some of it atleast. pictures of the bomb diggity coming tomorrow.

and no one in the circle really bangs so yeah, expensive.

To the dude asking what's up in the Bay: All tar all the time. Goes anywhere from $20-80/g based on quality and how much you purchase. If I had to guess purity I would say "good" shit is between 10-25%. I could be completely wrong, but I doubt I'm that far off. Not like the dude 2 posts up. LOL

Definitely open air-spots around in all the major cities and hoods. Richmond, Vallejo, Oakland, SF, San Jo, all have spots if you know what you are lookingfor and how to ask. I am sure there is shit even further north like Santa Rosa but you gotta know a Mexican.
