phrozen, it is a little bit of both. Some dealers have powder shipped to them and some use the tar and powder it up. I would say there is more powder being shipped in tho.
 
Sure as fuck can't find any in PDX without knowing people who are already users, and none of my friends use anything other then alcohol. Blah.
 
Cleveland, Ohio here, it's strictly tan/mocha colored powder (sometimes white), instant dissolve in water, no residue/cut left behind after draw up. good stuff. I was in Texas for 5 months, and all I could get down there was black, sticky tar. Decent stuff. Take care all.

Does anybody ever smoke Heroin in America,I'm from England and ive read loads of articles on hear and everybody seems to be jacking or snorting the stuff,and why do they "stamp" $10 bags with logo's,thats a new concept to me,i would have thought that if the stamp is found with Heroin your fucked as they've found the source of that particular logo and can work out how much has been sold by person X!?

Yes people do smoke it.. but where I live its extremely rare. They stamp the bags to give it a brand name. So people can say those "body bags" are really good... and people will seek for the body bags. Its a competitive marketplace in the northeast. Identifying a brand is all... they change routinely.... so its not the most effective method of tracking quantity.

dood tar can be good, i live in l.a. too and just moved here cant find a good connect.... but to be honest, tar can vary so greatly maybe thats why you think its crap.... good tar should get you off on a 20 or 30 dollar bag, i mean a gram of pure tar is alot of dope.
 
H in Los Angeles?!

Ther used to be H downtown everyone knew that but it seems even that has dried up... how do people go about finding connects?! It seems most everything has gone to dial and deliver now, but i just moved down here and am middle class white..... so how would i go about locating a connect?! Any advice is apperciated.

around here its easy to drive to a run down beat down area if you got the balls and know enough to not get shot. In the ghettohs around me theres certain callz you can do to signify your lookin for H or whateve usually after a call or 2 ten people are running up to your car competing for the sale, heh.
 
yeah i checked downtown, they put alot of cameras up on the corners to stop teh heroin dealing actually the l.a. times had a huge story about cause it was a big deal, i do live near the port actually but alot of the drugs there is coke and crack... you have to know someone and actually get delivered from that area so lately i have been shit outta luck.


I need to learn the heroin call.
 
You could always call up an "escort". Instead of paying for sex, pay her to bring you whatever it is you want. I've heard it works well, especially in LA...you just gotta have the $$ for it.
 
phsss an escort... man by the time i pay her $250 for the hour then $200 for a 80 gram of dope.... basically i will have gotten effed and not in the fun sense.
