Idduno about the east coast, but the "easiest" way to tell here is by the smell. The stronger the vinager smeel the better.
 
Exactly! Great, I know what you all mean. Sometimes, maybe once a 1/4 year, we I have to settle for what we call, "Cocoa Puffs" Big black balls, no smell, crumbly, and just god awful. No high at all... We no like Cocoa Puffs...

^^^ Yeah, sure is. I feel confident that the dope I'm getting is actually of good quality. I won't venture to give a % or anything, but definitly would give the east side powder a good run.
 
^You all are right about the smell but for whatever I keep hearing pure heroin is white and odorless. But in Baltimore it seems the BOMB dope is either dark chocolate brown or grey and reaks in the smell of viniger. Most supsodely white raw dope I have had wasnt that great. It was probaly the grey stuff stepped on at least twice
 
We are talking about "Tar Heroin", which is synthesized a different way, unless I'm mistaken. I don't really know much about the synth/manufacturing process of European dope or Central American/South dope. They are different though, hence a different product.

Dope in Vials/Gel Caps

In Baltimore it is comon for our dope to come packaged in vials(for the good raw) or in gel caps(for scramble which can also be good just depends on how much raw it is under the cut). I was just curious was this just a bmore thing or other ciies are on the same page. We also get dope in mini zip lock bags to but that is less common. Sorry if this has ben covered before
 
I think its just like that here. Everywhere north of here has stamp bags, and the places south have stamps and mini ziplocks. Then in the midwest they got lotto wraps and foilies, then the south-west and west coast get balloons for the tar.

Raw is the only way to go tho, yea there is some good scramble but most of it is complete garbage and not worth it.
 
A medicine have you ever had some scramble called smackdown? There spot got shut down awhile back but that was a prime example of some bomb ass scramble. But you and I both know that the majority of the dope on the street is scramble correct me if you feel that I am wrong
 
Baltimore, highlandtown specifically are my old stomping grounds.....Definately the best dope game by far!!!!!! I tihnk Bmore is one of the only places with the vials with different colored lids....I copped a gram of raw in a vial with a green cap and the dope looked like coke with a grey hue!!!! It was hands down, the cleanest, euphoric high I've ever had from heroin...It almost felt like MDMA because it was so blissful...

People don't even know good dope until they go to baltimore..I live outside of philly and the best shit in philly takes at least 2-4 bags to compare to one point of Bmore's finest...
 
Thats crazy I would think the dope in philly would be better on average since there are alot more people in a smaller space but the dope here goes threw alot fewer hands than other places.

Nope. Baltimore has THE PUREST DOPE IN THE COUNTRY. Don't get me wrong, the shit up here is good but it's never raw, always scramble..
 
^ ALso I never saw or heard of grams coming in vials. Must be a east side thing. How much was your gram that was in a vial? Baltimore has the purest dope in the country? I would think NYC does cause that is our primary source

It was $150...The lowest I've paid for a gram has been $120...Totally worth it...It lasted me almost a week!!
