finding anything other than tar on the west coast would be like scoring acid in montana.
the mexicans here sell the tar. so if someone brings in powder, that means compettion, which means violence. i think there are just too many mexicans who wont allow that kind of shit here on the west coast. outsiders would get shut down and run out of town pretty quickly.

That being said...
im not a physical addict anymore, as i only use 2-4 times a week now(used to go out every day to cop) and try to keep from getting dependant, but when i do cop, i usually get at least a gram or two. since its already been outed, and its no longer a secret, oxnard, ca truly has a lot of "chiva" if you know the right contacts\spots. i started off paying 50 a gram and now that ive gone through about 4 dealers in the last couple years(i dont remember when exactly i started) im getting healthy (<1.0) grams for 30, and balls for 80. so DEA suck on that, the price of heroin is dropping. the purity has always been pretty much the same in oxnard. a lot of the time if your contact isnt available youll have to find a street junky to middle man some shiz for you(this is kosher out here on the WC- the junkies here are usually friendly) and youll innevitably get less for your money, but it beats shitting your pants and hurtin like a motherfucker, no?

finally i found a connect for powder h in calli it is significantlyy better than the normal tar

Come on man you've been using drugs, and been on this board for a while. I wouldn't expect this question from you.

Besides, how can anyone tell how potent what you have is? No one can tell you how big a dose is; also, no one knows your tolerance.

Why not do what man has done since the dawn of time: start small and work your way up. Small bumps/hits/shots/etc till you know what your tolerance/its potency is like. Then, in the future, you can blast away and know how much to do.
 
wouldnt it be possible that its tar dope that has been cut to be powdery? ive gotten shit like that before. if it was some of the good raw sa dope, id do like half your normal dose and work up from there.

I wouldn't call it that easy, as there are no street markets for H here that I know of. There's lots of H in Portland, but you need to know someone to call.

If you're adventurous enough you can try going through a prostitute or a junky to find a hook at first.

LOL well I am in the psychedelic scene, I hang out with hippies and ravers and don't have many friends who do "hard" drugs. I've gotten lots of conflicting answers so I guess I'll just let my "friend" see what they can find and if they're successful, I'll let you all know for future reference (within guidelines of course)

I have heard people say if you walk in the right parts of Portland it isnt uncommon to see people chasing the dragin or shooting up in a car... If you dont know the right people you have to find them and the bums and prostitute types are the kind you want to find. Copping on the streets is definitely adventurous but its a damn good way to find stuff. You just have to know what to look for and how to act. Smoke cigarettes and if asked to bum a cigarette, don't hesitate. Needle exchange places are also a place you can meet people who can help you score. Expect to give something in return. If you are kind enough you can meet the connection yourself.

boy you dum out ya muthafuckin head im from bmore and our dope (the average dime) is 85% pure and sometimes its 150mgs instead of just 100mg and they cut it with morphine base we got 2 dopes here raw-a solid brown rock or tanish powder which comes in a vial its uncut and we got scramble this is alot of times cut with morphine base. i started with pharm opiates oxy andnhydro and codeine so my tolorence was kinda high anyway but when i got hooked on dope it took like 300mgs of heroin a day just not to be sick then i started shootin my tolorence sky rocketed but now im on mmt and im on 150mgs im only 19 now tell me bmore aint the worse place on this earth the lord created!!!

ive been coppin raw in bmore since u were prolly poppin codiene. yea the dope in bmore is good but there is no way the shit on the street is 85%. most of the shit that comes in to the country from south america isnt above 80%.

also, raw is just slang. if raw was really raw as in off the boat, ppl would be dropping left and right like flies. also, morphine base is dealer slang for "i dont know what its cut with"

if it was cut with morphine base, you would need an acid to be able to get it into solution. where would someone get morphine base anyways? its not like the dope in bmore comes from SWA. the colombians that bring this shit into the country are not going to mess around with morphine when they could ship heroin and make way more $$...

ive alwayts heard "oh yea, its cut with morphine base" but no one has any idea what that is, it just makes it seem like the dope is the shit when its really piss.

also, 20$'s are like 150mgs, ive never seen a dime over 100mgs. and if you are getting dimes that big i doubt its that good, certianly no 85%. bmore hasnt been #1 on the purity chart for a while. last time i heard it was NJ that held that record.

all raw dope is, is dope thats been broken down, cut, and re rocked. if you look at seizures of SA dope, most of it isnt anywhere near 85% when it comes into the country.

lastly, bmore is a great city. its not just all about drugs and violence and hood rats and gangsta shit. yea.

Fortunately, in Portland you can get needles over the counter so there are no needle exchanges. I suppose you could substitute needle exchange for methadone clinic here in Portland, although I'm not sure where that is, but I'm sure one could find out easily enough with some Googling.

I know you can't say exactly where you were referring to in Portland DivineMomenT, but could you give me a general idea? I don't need a connect, I've already got one, just curious. You're probably referring to certain parts of SE Portland I would guess, am I right?
 
I shouldn't have worded it like that....scoring drugs on the street is an art sometimes. You need to know where to look, what to look for, how to act etc. Once you master the art you can "cop" almost anywhere you just have to know the right places and be careful. Ideally you meet a connection and get their number so you don't have to worry about finding dope.

...Yep, made another trip to washington heights again today to find some dope.

Walked around, talked to a few different stoops and entrusted the guy who gave me the most convincing reaction when i asked about dope to take me to his spot. Long story short, i got another fucking gun pulled on me as this black dude not much larger than I runs out with the hundo... wonderful.

I walk over to an atm and cop a g of this nice rocked up yay for 60 bucks from this papi on the corner who lead me around the corner to some scaffolding where he handed it to me out of his apartment window.... slick. Back on the 1 to the 3 and i'm back downtown to forget that experience.


why does nyc suck so badly for copping dope?
 
You think NYC sucks, come down south and try to cop... You have to either

A) Know a user and get turned on to their connect
or
B) Have a lot of fucking money at your disposal to hand to guy(s) who will 80% of the time either run with it, straight up jack you at gun/knifepoint or beat the fuck out of you, or give you fake shit.

Most people sell crack anyways.

I my was getting dope while this dude walked up asking if anybody wanted some treez. I bought some, and we had a chat about pill, and he said he could get some oxys. I did not beleive him, because there be mostly crack, and weed in detroit..the oxys been on my mind because the dope i was copping i thought was kinda weak, and I liked them days when I new what i was getting. Well, I hooked up with him later that night and he took me to the spot, and said give me the money, and i was like nah..you said you would get it first and after arguing back and forth for a minute he pull out a gun and tell me to give him the money.. So, I had 80, but the deal was one pill for 40..so I gave him the 40..and I think he seen me hide the rest, so the mother fucker starts cracking me over the head like ten ..twenty times with a pistol I could barely give him the money cause I was seeing stars..i guess atleat I didn't get shot.

I was really wanting some dope the other day and my normal spot was out..and I was getting gas and this normal looking dude started talking to me.. turns out he was a crack head, and he said he would get me some real good shit if I bought him $5 worth crack. I was desprate so we get his rock and go back to his spot ..there was no light or heat and shit, and he said the dude was going to meet us there, but after he took a rip from the rock he started shaking up and down, it was not normal at all .. he wouldnt say a word, it kinda creeped me out so I just left and when i was leaving he started to chase me..probal good i ran probally was about to stab me from the rest of my doe.
 
crack heads are crazy man. Originally, i tried to have one hook up the dope for me but he just wound up running off with a 20.

laugh, learn, get on with it i guess.
