Hell man I'm well into my 30s and still have no idea. I've narrowed it down to about 3-4 things but still can't decide. I get cold feet.that is true

I really want to dive into full stack. I know I would love it and learn quickly, I already know 90% of front end.Indeed... I got super lucky and picked something I knew I loved that would also be a great career choice (computer programming). I had loved it for years already, since 8th grade, and I still love it, and it's indeed a great field to have a career in. But so many of my friends (and my girlfriend) ended up with mostly worthless degrees (though for many jobs, a bachelor's degree of any kind is an entry requirement, so it's not fully worthless, but definitely not worth the massive debt, usually).
I really want to dive into full stack. I know I would love it and learn quickly, I already know 90% of front end.
My only hesitation is that I'm getting older and it might be hard to find a decent job when my competition is 15 years younger.
What do you think? I'm overthinking it right?
