Admin Attention odd site error when making PMs

I couldn't make a PM and I am totally unfamiliar with this error. It tells me to contact the admins, but that's exactly what I'm trying to do.

I couldn't make a PM and I am totally unfamiliar with this error. It tells me to contact the admins, but that's exactly what I'm trying to do.

Sometimes it doesn't send group messages. You have to send it to one person, and then manually add the other recipients

I got that error once when I tried to send a PM to one user I had an ongoing conversation with. Turned out it was a network problem (my internet disengaged).
