Misc Odd Encounter With A Stranger

Ok so today my friend and I had a really odd encounter with a stranger. We were walking carrying several big random bags of cloths...this car drives by then turns around...the young woman asked if we needed a ride...we said yes and got in.
Now she was dressed in a bikini top and shorts and had purple hair. She kept asking if we knew where to score any ice or any opiates of any kind. We said no even though we both use. She kept on asking even though we both said no!
We figured she was an undercover officer. Any thoughts on if she was a legit user or UC?
