OCD Impulses and MDMA

I have OCD, and I frequently get inappropriate compulsions. These can range from something fairly benign such as shouting in a crowded silent room to more serious urges like attacking and killing my friends. I obviously never act on these urges but, given that MDMA lowers your inhibitions, would I do something stupid like attack or even try to kill my friends if I were in a completely hypothetical scenario in which I decided to do it?

Disclaimer:

Please note that I do NOT intend to take MDMA, and I do not encourage the use of illicit substances. This question is purely asked out of curiosity regarding my condition and the effects which certain substances can have on it and me. This does NOT mean that I wish to use any kind of substance; legal or otherwise - rather, I wish to understand the idea and theory of what could happen if one with my condition were to do this.

I don't know if we can predict with any reasonable accuracy your reaction to MDMA.

Reactions to other substances may be remotely helpful in predicting reaction to MDMA, especially other amphetamines and stimulants or psychedelics.

I can however highly recommend that you stay away from dissociatives aka NMDA antagonists, those tend to be disinhibiting, and stimulating at the same time. Disinhibition and stimulation together are a bad mix.
