Opioids OC 80s - Southwest USA, 2014

Found some OC 80s with green layer outside and white inside. Tastes bitter when licked.


Any idea how to tell if these are real/fake? How could someone tell if these are the ones with fentanyl instead of oxy? Not very experienced with opiates. Thanks for the help!
 
No pill/drug ID/speculation threads allowed - the only way to be sure is to send it out for testing.
