I am prescribed 30mg Oxy IRs. I've also had most all of the "OP" style ERs (10s,30s,40s,60s,80s).

Today I ran across some OC 20s. I've had Oxycodone IR's in 10,20,30mg before. But I did not know that they still make the "OC" version? Do they indeed still make the OC version in smaller mg's?? I haven't seen an OC stamped pill in years. I thought every single one was turned into OPs.

Also, is there any difference between the OC 20s vs the Roxy 30s I am Rx'd?? (Besides the mg's).

As far as I know most if not all manufacturers in the US switched to OP formula, there's a good chance they are fakes if they aren't from a pharmacy.

An OC 20 is supposed to be a time released equivalent of taking 10mg of oxy and then another 10mg roughly 4-6 hours later except with a smoother graph. So it's about twice as long lasting and 1/2 as strong as it says on the label. The OC time release is easily defeated by smashing the pill up into fine powder though.
