Opioids O-dsmt and NEP speedball?

Do they speedball?
Anybody have any experiance with this combo?

Ive tried both (more experiance with Nep) abut never combined them.

Planning on Iv-ING odsmt for the first time.
Wondering should I combine them both or do the odsmt Iv then vape or snort the nep?

I'm also getting 6-apb, bromazolam and some 3-ho-pcp. Collecting them today.

Doesnt sound particularly safe or even great as far as highs go so Im not gonna encourage it, though no, Ive never done that. The NEpent might have some weird interactions with the heart so I wouldnt go too hard on that, and same definitely goes for 6apb. The ODT obviously should not be combined with alcohol or other opiods, downers, etc.

If you do manage to hit a bellringer though you might as well let us know.
 
Don't even get near the bromazolam if it is anything like clonazolam. Deadly.
 
O-DSMT also has a stimulant effect (NRI) next to its opioid action. Be very careful mixing these two. I've done cocaine on O-DSMT myself but that was when I had a huge O-DSMT habit already, much of the stimulant effect I couldn't feel anymore.
 
(Just joined to be able to post this)

Have taken NEP and O-DSMT together, taking the O-DSMT as pills (3 x 50 MG) and smoking the NEP in a glass pipe.

They are indeed pleasant to combine together, although in my case -no opoid tolerance- 150 MG was too much.

Don't have enough experience to give any advice in regards to IV-ing, as it was always done for me.

NEP I have ample experience with smoking, but I shudder to recommend it, as it brought me the closest to addiction I have been so far.

NEP has terrible vasoconstriction (L-Citrulline helps a little), jaw skating (Magnesium helps against that), a terrible after-stimulation and most disturbingly causes heart-problems, which persist for days after the NEP taking has stopped.

Normally I smoke NEP (without O-DSMT) and take some Pyrazolam orally (3 MG) to help with anxiety. O-DSMT will work against it.

Pyrazolam has the anxiolysis I need, while Bromazolam just makes me fall asleep.
