I Find camomile very useful, i only drink it in a tea.
I Am looking to make some strong essential oils in the form of E-cig Fluid so that i can get the effects of it even when im on the go.
I use filtered water to reduce the chlorine because it makes the taste bad
I really recommend camomile, when you make the teas though make sure you put a plate over the top of the cup so you trap all the essential oils, and leave it to sit for 5 minutes at least, when you lift the plate let the droplets drip into the cup.
When you look at the top of the surface of the tea in the light, you should see little oily reflections. These are the essential oils.
Another Great anti anxiety herb ive found is Rhodiola Rosea. The only downside to that is you shouldn't really use other drugs with it, as they may interact due to its MAOI properties. I found tyrosine + rhodiola rosea very helpful in controlling my cannabis intake (I think i was using it daily because i was stressed, but for me personally i don't think daily cannabis use does me any good)
Already mentioned is Valerian too.
There are also more powerful anti anxiety herbs out there too but as mentioned they can have side effects and withdrawel so it is important to not use them for prolonged periods of times. Use them as tools, And when you are using them try to learn coping mechanisms, where as you can use the more milder anti-anxiety herbs such as camomile more often.
...Theres also passionflower
So many herbs, heh
