Nutmeg in gel-capsules: would it work?

Now, I know nutmeg is completely stupid and a waste of time but I was wondering whether it would still work if they were put into those clear gel-capsules (they can be bought at a pharmacy) and swallowed like pills? This method is sure better than chugging the shit down straight or with milk...
I appreciate any info anyone can give me. thanks.
