Ethnobotanicals Nutmeg after DPH and DXM use would I be safe?

I know how embarrassing it is to abuse legal highs (poor social skills, former sheltered kid) but the fact I've had to go for so long without smoking weed is really bothering me, before I can somehow hopefully score I'm contemplating keeping myself content in the meantime by eating nutmeg tomorrow (Sunday) however bear in mind I had 50mg diphenhydramine on the early hours of Friday morning to fall asleep and I think on Wednesday I did 200mg dextromethorphan, no other substances I'm 5'7'' 110 lbs I'm just a bit concerned about for how long the two other drugs stay in my bloodstream (and the fact I did both not at the same time but relatively closer to each other in time)

Just use dxm again..nutmeg is able to provide some magick but Its disgusting
