Numb in the face after orgasm on meth?

Anyone else had this experience?
I recently had the, ahem, pleasure of orgasming while nicely fucked up on meth...the sensation was so intense that my hands and face went completely numb...the body high was really only comparable to the rush from IV cocaine, yet many times better. It was like my nerves were so overloaded with sensation they blacked out...
Is this typical for females? I presume it isn't for males as my bf did not experience this...

on MDMA when I orgasm (male) I feel extremely light headed, etc, and often feel like I'm going to black out, tunnel vision, etc. And then, yes, the incredible sensation of orgasming extremely fucked up ensues. Ahh...nice.

I'm not completely sure, but I'm pretty sure meth has similar blood cogulation/vasoconstriction effects as cocaine.
Maybe your blood concentration of methamphetamine coupled with the stimulation of increased sexual activity resulted in stroke-like effects. You know, causing numbness.

Make sure not to hyperventilate if you are breathing extremely hard. I've near passed out from orgasms when i was sober! Rapid breathing for a prolonged period can do this.
To fix it, try making a mental note to slow down your breath rate and breathe deeper as well, it will probably help all the tingling and numbing go away.
