Bupe nucynta and subs

Hey I have 200mg of nucynta and tons of subs.
I ran out of opana which ive been taking past few days so ill hafta go back on subs soonish. would taking the subs then waiting and taking nucynta be more synergistic and euphoric or just take nucynta now and dose sub later.
also what ROA would be most enjoyable for Nucynta? I usually IV my subs, wondering if IV nucynta is worth it or is there another way to take it

mainly i wanna would taking nucynta alone or taking bupe then waiting a little and dosing with nucynta. Also, whats the best ROA for nucynta

nucynta is much like tramadol from what i hear and read. i have always been able to dose tramadol with suboxone, definately enjoyable. tramadol and this new class of quasi-opiods synergize well for me.

I want some. there are some studies quoted on wiki that say it has pain relief qualities similar to oxy. I feel bad for the placebo control group! 50% of them white-knuckled it! I wonder if the euphoria is there, and am interested in th norep action.... Sounds like it might be a nice med
