Hi all,

The TV Show "Can of worms" is currently looking for people from NSW to submit stories, views, experiences etc. on drug use

Bellow is section of the Facebook note they posted

"Can of Worms are talking about drugs this week and want to hear your personal stories. If you have an experience about the effects of drugs on yourself, your friends or your children and you’re based in NSW, we’d love to hear it.

Please contact [email protected] with your phone number and a brief outline of your story.

** Guys, if you're wondering why it's NSW only, we record Can Of Worms in Sydney and would need you to be in our studio audience to share your story. Sorry to our interstate pals. **

I Urge all NSW drug users to submit their story no matter how brief as this show is a NATIONAL broadcasting show and will reach a large audience.

Hopefully they have a fairly balanced discussion although I am somewhat skeptical that the network wont ensure it tips atleast slightly in favour of anti drugs view. This show isn't bad though and hopefully atleast one of their "celebrity" guests has some positive drug experience and is willing to talk some sense on the issue. I will definately be interested to see their polling results on the issue.

If I was in NSW I would submit my opinion and I definately agree that it is a good idea for NSW BLers to throw in their 2c. I catch this show around half the time but I will make sure I catch it next week for this.

I looked at their website and there is no mention of drugs being a topic.:\

I just saw the ad and it is about drugs, but the topic specifically is drugs and teenagers which is a bit fucking convenient, I mean its impossible for an educated perspective to be particularly pro teenagers using drugs and an easy way to use the whole "think of the children" emotions to avoid any meaningful discussion on drug use in the wider population. I will try not to be too pre judgemental but I will be very surprised if we see much worthwhile balanced discussion on the issue.
