Because I don't know how much you already know: are you aware of the book "PiHKAL: A Chemical Love Story by Dr. Alexander Shulgin" ? If not, I recommend looking it up and reading it, it deals exclusively with phenethylamines. He has described them extensively, including experience reports (he tried every drug contained in the book). It was published in 1991 though so it's already pretty old. However some of the drugs it talks about are so rarely found on the streets that you could still call them "novel phenethylamines". If you're aware of the book and you mean to ask about true, very recent, novel phenethylamines then forget I said anything, I do not have any relevant experience with those
