Heroin Not used for 7 days, although am on 55MG methadone, will my tolerance have changed?

Hello people, I am on 55MG methadone daily. I usually use a small amount on top.
For the past 7 days, I didn't want to use, so I didn't. I've not gone this long before on a break recently, so I am wondering, should I use a smaller amount, or will the methadone of kept my tolerance up?

I use only a very small amount anyway when I do use, about a quarter of a 200MG bag. Should I use less than this today? Or will the usual amount be OK?
 
Your post is a little confusing... Are you asking if its okay to use ontop of your methadone dose?

I did it all the time when I was on methadone, but I'd advise against it. The methadone will lesson the effect of other opiates, you dont feel them nearly as much. For me it was kinda a waste, but I had the money and didnt care.
 
How long have you been on 55mg and how many days did you use the heroin on top of that dose?

Knowing that would make it a little easier to judge where your tolerance would be at this point, but obviously everyones body is different and that needs to be taken into account.

As a general precaution to be safe, if your going to use on top, start with a smaller shot than usual and you can gauge how you feel from there.
 
You do realize dones stick around a lil while longer in your system, which means one lil bit too much H and OD.

Like the other posters said, everyone is different. (i can do up to 140mg of opana a day) However, I mistakenly snorted a 30mg roxi a few hrs after 20mg of dones (forgot i took an extra pill) and I was eff'd up. Scary experience.

You doing MmT long term?
 
Methadone sometimes may give you the feeling you are not high, but still that's a strong medication that lasts days in your system for days.

They might even block some of the effects of other opiates. So be careful not to keep on using nothing but dones as you may not only increase your tolerance but also OD.
 
I've been on methadone for about 7 years now, and the heroin the last 9 months. I ended up doing my usual amount of brown in the end, to pretty much the same effect.
