If one was to have meth in a vg/pg solution, how could he/she extract it out back to crystal form?
 
Not easily. I guess you could reprecipitate PEG in water or an alcohol like methanol; not sure about the glycerine. I'd stick with vaping it tbh, you stand to lose a lot unless you know what you're doing and have some equipment. If you want a better answer, you might get some replies in Pharmacology Discussion.
