Don't eat fruit or veg really have a bad diet in general but don't plan on eating veg anytime soon.
Anybody know anything that can liven me up?

No... There's no magic fixes. Exercise, sleep and DIET can help immensely but it doesn't sound like you want to change anything so kind of pointless.

You already know the answer... eat better and get good sleep. If you're still tired after a few months of eating a balanced diet and getting enough sleep, you need to see a doctor.

Stimulants will obviously help, but you'll end up with way more fatigue once you stop using them.

Wouldn't hurt to see a doc straight away, although some abnormalities could be a result of, or at least exacerbated by, deficiencies in the above sleep, diet, exercise, and sun exposure (vit D).

If eating veggies is out... juicing, greens powder, and/or vitamins could help with making up some nutrients. Whole food would be better, of course. Juicing can be wonderful.
