Isn't that what it's all about, though? Emotions are just like the tides, constantly changing with the ebb and flow of life... when we resist them we become tired and more susceptible to being swept away by their power. It seems as though you've discovered a better way of swimming with the current - at least for the present moment, if not for many consecutive moments before it.
