In first hour I took 7.5mg of zopiclone and smoked a spliff
hour later I took one tramadol waited another hour and took 60mg of codeine and waited twenty minutes and took 5mg of zoplicon
Hour later I took another 7.5 zoplicon and still not feeling as much as I thought I would.

It been 2 hours since last ingestion and want to get really high I still got some weed and zoplicon but would of thought that much would add to high as I usually feel off just tramadol and codeine.

Earlier on in the day I had 30 mg ephedrine and this made me feel quite alert I took it for a bad cough and it helped clear my nose with some pseduo and cos I felt crappy and needed to walk somewhere, it actually stimulated me a little bit I walked 2miles in 15mins.
I just feel mellow and confident.

The reason is 1) You didn't take any benzodiazepines, you took non-benzos, Z-drugs, which are even lamer than Benzos.

They're good for therapeutic use but for abuse they are worthless.

It's a completely shit drug so I wouldn't expect ANYTHING positive from it, ESPECIALLY euphoria. 60mg codeine is also a miniscule dose, but you should not be mixing these medications as they are CNS depressants and can depress your breathing, despite how weak each drug is. When combined, results are pretty unpredictable.

Zopiclone is a rather poor drug for recreational use. It doesn't always produce "desirable" or relaxing effects because it is more selective than most benzos.

BL is not here to help you get as high as possible. If you take too much zopiclone you'll probably fall asleep.

benzos don't get you high, and non-benzos ("z-drugs" like zopiclone and zoldpiem) get you even less high... at least in the same manner as benzos, apparently z-drugs can cause delerium, but not many people i know can honestly say that they enjoy delerium of any type. these drugs are great for whatever it says on the RX bottle, but thats about as far as it goes, unless you're into chemically induced temporary insanity.

Im inclined to this opinion when it comes to Benzodiazepines

i kind of enjoy zopiclone, even at 7.5mg, 15mg is nice. I get the jelly leg feeling, super relaxed, anxiety relief. If it didn't give me a metallic taste i might enjoy it too much.

Me too.

But here is the weird part... If I don't get the metallic taste I don't feel them working, but when I do get the metallic taste I feel it working (and I only need 7.5mg).
This is obviously the placebo effect and it is all in my mind, but it is very interesting for me and would very much like to test this theory by taking a placebo that gives the same taste one day and then taking the real thing the next. (without me knowing which is which - but with a person who does know which one was real).

Just an example of how powerfull the mind is and how true the Pavlovian theory really is.

Speaking from personal experience, zopiclone isn't really recreational. I had it prescribe for sleep a year back, because I suffer from insomnia. Not to mention the awful metallic taste. Which you can't get rid of and makes everything taste awful, even the next day. An one tablet 7.5mg which is a prescribed medicinal dose, isn't going to do much then make you tired. Even if you dose more (5mg then another 7.5mg). Secondly, I'm guessing when you say you took 1 tramadol, you mean 50mg? which if you have any kind of opiate tolerance, won't do much and also won't do much when combined with codiene, as even though it binds to the opiate receptors, it binds mostly to different receptors of the opiate variety (someone correct me if I'm wrong?). As well as 60mg being a very low recreational dose of codiene.

It sounds like your mixing too many substances, of different variety, to get a chilled out stoney opiate high? I'm not going to tell you what to do, its not in the nature of Blue Light. I'd recommned you save your zopiclone for when you want to sleep, In my opinion, that is all it's good for. An even then, the metallic taste puts me of and there not all that strong. Also have a look through the forums for tramadol and codiene.

Though the weed was a good idea =D haha

Peace

The thing with zopiclone, if you take it at therapeutic levels (7.5-15mg) you dont particularly feel any effect, but it does put you to sleep. In higher doses the effects aren't really like a Benzo, they completely steal your memory and you black out. No recreational use there at all.
